Gli Io Ho Sempre Voglia nascono a Monopoli nel 2003 come gruppo punk evolutosi poi in band pop rock.
Giocosi, abili nel costruire bei refrain, divertenti, ironici a volte sconfinanti col cinico, hanno pubblicato a Giugno il loro primo album, Io Ho Sempre Voglia, cd autoprodotto.
Questi musicisti pugliesi sono coraggiosi visto che hanno dato vita ad un lavoro musicale che non segue le mode correnti (niente lo-fi, al bando indie e chillwave), e per questo maggiormente apprezzabili, perchè fedeli a se stessi a volta peccando di una certa “monotonia”.
Nonostante non sia un album “santo”, bocciarlo sarebbe un peccato, perchè bei momenti di freschezza stilistica ci sono e vanno condivisi.

These musicians of Apulia are brave considering that they have given life to a musical job that doesn’t follow the current fashions (nothing he-fi, nothing indie and chillwave), and for this mostly appreciable, because faithful to him same at times sinning of one certain “monotony.”
Despite is not an album “saint”, it would be a sin to reject it, because beautiful moments of stylistic freshness are there and must be shared.
